Program ProfileThe Non-Thesis Master's Program in Private Law is a program that both graduates of the Faculty of Law and other faculties can participate in. Considering that especially graduates of other faculties will need Legal Knowledge in the practice of their own professions, such an opportunity has been provided to enable them to gain knowledge about Law and to focus on the subjects they want. In order to gain knowledge beyond undergraduate knowledge in branches of Private Law that are not in the nature of an academic career and to follow innovations in the practice of their profession, lawyers will be able to improve themselves through research by making a selection from various branches of Private Law according to the sector they work in practice with the Non-thesis Private Law Master's Program.
Occupational Profiles of GraduatesGraduates can pursue a career in public institutions and private institutions after this program.
Access To Upper DegreeApplications cannot be made to doctoral programs with diplomas from non-thesis Master's programs. Students who are registered to or graduated from non-thesis master's programs before February 6, 2013 can apply to doctoral programs.

Subject to the Principles of Namık Kemal University Postgraduate Education-Training and Examination Regulation No. 30022 and the Regulation on Amendments to Postgraduate Education and Training Regulation No. 28551.
